I started One Helper after going through the helper hiring process myself. What surprised me wasn't the lack of options, but how difficult it was to make a confident decision.
Profiles were often shared with little context, pricing was difficult to compare, and meaningful guidance was hard to find. For a decision that affects everyday life at home, I felt families deserved a clearer and more thoughtful process.
