We don't disappear after placement.
Once your helper is placed, we stay reachable — for questions, concerns, or anything that comes up. And if the match doesn't work out within six months, we'll find you a replacement with our service fee waived.
In line with MOM requirements, a 50% service fee refund is also available if a replacement is not taken up.

As a general guide, transfer cases may take around 1–3 weeks, while fresh helper cases may take around 3–6 weeks. If you have a more urgent timeline, chat with us on WhatsApp and we'll let you know what may be possible.

We carefully shortlist 1–2 helpers per family based on your needs. We'd rather send you a small number of strong matches than overwhelm you with a long list.

A transfer helper is already in Singapore and generally available sooner — she also brings real work experience from a previous employer. A fresh helper is hired from overseas, usually offers a wider pool of candidates, and may have a lower salary expectation. We'll help you decide which suits your situation better.

Our flat agency fee is $1,588, the same regardless of helper type or nationality. On top of that, compulsory maid insurance starts at $432 — bringing your total to $2,020. If applicable, a placement loan is advanced by you and recovered through the helper's salary deductions over the first few months. We share a full breakdown upfront — no surprises.
