  • Most families are matched with a suitable helper within 1–2 weeks. Transfer helpers can be handed over in just a few days; for fresh helpers from overseas, please allow around 4–6 weeks to cover documentation and travel.

  • We usually recommend 1–2 carefully selected profiles based on your household needs, instead of overwhelming you with too many options.

  • Transfer helpers are already in Singapore and can usually start faster. Fresh helpers are hired from overseas and may require more processing time before arrival.

  • Pricing depends on the helper profile and hiring type. We’ll explain all costs clearly upfront before you proceed.

  • If there are serious concerns after placement, let us know within 24 hours so we can review the situation and guide you on the next steps.
